Riesling 2023

Biodynamically farmed Riesling from Standing Stone Farms. Dry, textured, and ripe. It’s redolent of yellow stone fruits, green tea, and herbs. Frankly the most forthrightly yummy Riesling we’ve made.

Hand harvested, whole cluster pressed and spontaneously fermented in mostly stainless, with 15 percent neutral barrel. Full malolactic. Unfiltered, sulfured after fermentation and before bottling.
