Cayuga Cayuga 2024

A mineral, crunchy, and hyper refreshing vintage of Cayuga White from Plane’s Block. From low-yielding vines over a half-century old, this stuff is simultaneously delicious and serious!

Grapes were sourced from Plane’s Block, the first commercial planting of Cayuga White in the country. Hand harvested, whole cluster pressed, then fermented entirely in fiberglass tank. The fermentation lasted close to a year. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with just a touch of sulfur before bottling.
