GOOD SPIRIT 2025

Our little ode to our friends Mike and Ria, who own Ria’s Wines. Red and white varieties from their vineyard, Plane’s Block on Cayuga Lake, and Nearpass on Keuka Lake. Cofermented for a berry-laden, floral, and juicy red wine.

65 percent Chancellor, 20 percent Baco Noir, 10 percent Traminette, 5 percent Aromella. 100 percent whole cluster, all hand harvested. Chancellor, Traminette, and Aromella cofermented, while Baco fermented on its own. Blended after pressing and aged in stainless steel. A touch of sulfur after malolactic and a touch at bottling.
