Cedary, raspberry-laden, rose petal-y Cabernet Franc from New Suns, our home vineyard. A cooler vintage made for an especially pure and elegant rendition of the grape, ready to be enjoyed right now!
Hand-harvested in the second week of October. Fully destemmed, with a gentle 10-day maceration. Aged in neutral barrique for a year, followed by a year in bottle.
