NEW SUNS 2023

It’s here! Our very first Riesling from New Suns, our home vineyard!

Less overtly fruit-driven than our Riesling from Standing Stone, this is leaner and steelier, with more emphasis on mineral tones. Honeyed apples, petrol, and pulverized rock, baby!

Hand harvested in two passes. The first harvest of the ripest clusters – roughly one-third of the total – went through carbonic maceration. A week later, the rest of the fruit was harvested and the two lots were pressed together. Fermented and aged in stainless steel.
