She’s a wild one. Aromas of grapefruit, pink starburst, beet juice, strawberries, and spice. Zero zero!
We only made 24 cases, so come by our tasting space or join our wine club to buy!
Fully destemmed with one night on the skins. Pressed off, fermented in stainless steel, and aged in one neutral barrique.
It can be frustrating when winemakers say, “this wine made itself.” But folks, this was all Steuben, we just got out of the way.
