Herbaceous, dark purple fruit, cinnamon spice lift, and lavender floral tones. Brooding and dark but still bright and energetic.

Hand harvested. 100 percent whole cluster, semi-carbonic maceration for five days. Pressed to neutral barrel, where it aged for one year before bottling.
