Merlot: maceration for a few days then pressed as a dark rosé.
Cabernet Sauvignon: Carbonic and semi-carbonic macerations for 10 days.
Cabernet Franc: Destemmed, 10 day maceration.
Tocai Friulano: Destemmed, 18-day maceration on skins.
Aged in a mix of stainless steel and neutral oak.
