Just the loveliest, juiciest rosé that tastes exactly like the illustration. Made from organically grown hybrids, farmed by Adam Folts at Nearpass Vineyard on Keuka Lake.
“Soon Different” refers to Baldanders, a shape-shifting figure in German folklore.
50 percent Regent, 30 percent Aravelle, 20 percent Aromella. Regent & Aravelle were pressed and fermented together. Aromella saw one night on the skins before pressing and fermentation in stainless steel. The two components were blended and aged in stainless steel & flex tank for six months. A touch of sulfur before bottling.
